Once you are online, it is important to familarize yourself with what we call the entry point conferences. Theses are:

• iearn.teachers
  This conference is an informal place for teachers to enter and develop a rapport with other teachers and get a feel for the workings of an I*EARN conference. It is important not only to introduce yourself but to respond to other people. From this conference it is hoped that you will develop partnerships with other teachers. Please endeavour to visit this as soon as possible.

• iearn.youth
  This is a conference for students to enter and develop working relationships with other students and teachers. Once again it is a good idea for your students to enter this as soon as possible and to respond to the existing postings.

• iearn.ideas
  This conference is for the formal proposal of project ideas which have often originated from considerable discussion between participants in the iearn.youth or iearn.teachers conference. It is a good idea to visit this confernece regularly to see what projects are operating and/or being proposed in iearn.ideas.
