PAX accounts allow **ANY** user to access I*EARN from 
their **OWN** service provider, as well as its partner 
network projects and special resources from the 
Association for Progressive Communication (APC) networks.

   
AGREEMENT
Terms and Conditions
The rates quoted above are available only to schools and youth organizations affiliated with I*EARN.
The 250 dollar subscription fee will allow **UNLIMITED** numbers of individuals to access I*EARN from that particular instituion. Any additional ID's will require an additional membership fee.
I*EARN will refund 100% of fees if cancellation occurs 20 days before Beginning Membership Date, with no refunds after that. In case of refunds, I*EARN will retain a $50 processing fee to cover the manual, shipping and handling. Electronic retransmission of I*EARN information is prohibited without prior written approval from I*EARN and The Whalesong Foundation.
Procedure
Upon approval of this application, I*EARN will ship the user manual and complete log-in instructions to the "SHIP TO" address above. The account will be activated on the date you request.
