Bridging the Gap between the Haves and the Have Nots The long awaited "Bridging the Gap between the 'Haves' and the 'Have Nots'" Report of the National Education and Employment Forum (NEEF), compiled by Dr Anne Feeney and colleagues is now available. This Report is the culmination of a unique and historic process of a series of State and National forums that brought together representatives from a large cross section of the Australian community.
